Ryan McKinley grew up in Southeast Missouri near the confluence of the Ohio and Mississippi Rivers, an area that shaped his strong work ethic and deep appreciation for land, agriculture, and community. His professional background began in agricultural equipment sales, where he developed a solid understanding of farming operations and the needs of rural landowners.
Ryan later spent ten years working on the Mississippi River, ultimately becoming a United States Coast Guard–licensed pilot. This experience strengthened his leadership, attention to detail, and ability to navigate complex situations—skills that continue to serve his clients well in real estate.
In 2018, Ryan earned his Missouri real estate agent license and advanced to become a Missouri real estate broker in 2022. Most recently, he obtained his Principal Broker license for the state of Tennessee. With more than eight years in the real estate industry, Ryan has successfully helped buyers and sellers with a wide range of farm and land transactions, totaling millions of dollars in sales.
